hey any of you houndsmen that are looking for a good hound trials / field events?? We are having one in southeastern BC. It is coming up on april.15,16,17. great time. It is not a UKC event just a good time to come show off your dogs. we do a cold nose bear race that has 60-70 dogs at once. we do bear/coon races which has 7-8 heats then semi finals then a calcutta then the finals. a treeing competition every night. and the grand finale is the 4km long cougar drag. which has 100 dogs in it. plaques, trophies, ribbons. great food and great ppl!!!! come and join us folks. we are located about 45 minutes from the eureka border in montana and the kingsgate border by idaho. We are raffling a gps combo and a brand new marlin 45-70,a customized carving ,a possible dog box and a ton of general raffle stuff.
