It sounds like he has no intention of providing you with any puppies. I am guessing you mailed him the check or wired money? This has become a situation where most would question his intent to provide goods or just use the promise of good to solicit funds. If that is the case, we have a case of wire fraud or theft by deception. Please feel free to PM me and I would be glad to try to help you connect with law enforcement in Colorado or possible fed help. To me it sounds like a scam. I am guessing a visit from a deputy and the possibility of criminal charges would change his attitude about providing the goods or a refund. Personally I think you have a refund plus interest coming. if your having health issues lion tracker i feel sorry for you ,but robbyson has been getting the run around for three years. i feel sorry for him ,as you should as well ,but you made no mention of that so that tells me the kind of guy you really are . its all about you ,and it has been from the start .you will get no sympathy from me on the deal you have made with robbyson, and the way you have handled it. that being said i sincerely hope you get better soon.

It is what it is and I should be back to work in a couple of months. Three years seems like a long time, but there is more to it than three sentences. First year one bitch took a freak fall in the yard and aborted two weeks before delivery date. The other bitch did not take. Next litter this guy was getting divorced and flat backed out. Next litter, he had picked up something else and wanted his money back. Another guy flat backed out due to bad timing as well and 3 others still haven't got pups because of the bad luck around here lately with these Cameron females. So yes indeed, beyond a shadow of a doubt, all five will get their 300.00 deposit back as soon as I heal up and get back to work. I have never kept a deposit for anything for any reason in my life and do not intend too. I am sincerly sorry that my misfortunes are causing others pain and hardship, but I am doing the best that I can considering the circumstances that are being delt to me.

Like i stated from the beginning i wasnt looking to start a pissing match. i totally understand that shit happens with a breeding program. and yes i did back out during my divorce. i think i explained that. he told me if he could find someone to fill my spot hed get me my deposit back. and i never heard from him again until i took the initiative to contact him again. then another email saying yes ive got someone to fill your spot and ill get the money out to ya in a few weeks. NOTHING. then months after that i contact him again and he says he has a litter on the ground that "noone knows about" that i could get a pup from. by then i had found another dog!!!!!!!!!!!! i dont need to explain myself. i made the mistake of wanting a cameron pup from him and sending him my deposit. i understand shit happens and a little honesty goes along ways!!! id copy all the emails from the beginning but my box ended up full and had to be deleted. thats my loss i guess

I dont know liontracker I have talked to him a few times on here and he seemed like an good guy. The sad thing about this is now this is the second or third time I have seen post about him and this same thing on here. Shit happens we all know that but when it comes to money things are diffrent. I hope that anyone thats breeding pups and selling them on here or anywhere is taking this post to heart. If you ask for a deposit put that money in an account and dont touch it till them pups are delivered. Then if something happens you got the money to give back. We all know things can happen and money can get tight but if you can't be responsible with someone else's money them maybe you shouldnt be breeding and selling pups. Liontracker I hope you get well and things get better for you.
