Are the bears out yet in New Mexico?

Couple have been seen up here in Washington State, Im sure they are out somewhere depending on your location and what the temps have been like. Been in the 50's here, got up to 60 one day.

I went to south east UT over the weekend and they aren't moving there yet but the weather was bad.
