Damn Ihate you Bucknaze, we still have snow up here in the mountains. I havent seen a thing yet, or I mean my eyes in the woods hasnt found anything yet.

Haha sorry, we ran another one but the dogs were too damn tired and fat (at least mine were), and it was raining/snowing all day so the trailing was getting pretty tough and we just decided to pull em off the second one, was a decent size track but was still small enough to be a good runner bear.

I guess hell is always warmer then GODS Country, I cant wait to get out. I am welding up our dog box to get ready to chase some bears.

Anywhere from 900ft to nearly 3000ft. Probably more around 2500ft.

Thats wild that the elevation for you guys has pine trees still at 3000ft. We barely have them at 7500 over here.

Bency that country around there is considered high mountain desert,thus the pines.You travel east a ways or west and more fir country.It is in the rain shadow of the cascades.

Yeah Travis is right, you go up to 6000-6500 you run into the white pine, but about only place that is at the top of our highest mountain.

hey everyone sorry to take this kinda away. but i have a quick question. how much native american blood to you have to have in you to get hunting rights. also if you are native american can you run hounds on more than coon in WA, im only asking because my brothers friend who lives on the rez said that you only need to be 1/17 percent and if thats true than i would make the cut. but not quite sure if he was right cuz he is just in 7th grade. so looking for some info. thanks for the help and sorry for asking it here. and great pictures. and good loooking dogs

No, you have to be 1/4 (one quarter) to be enrolled and able to hunt.
