Re: hunting truck
i wish i had a "hunting truck" but instead i just have a truck, and every once in awhile i'll have enough extra money to put some gas in it and go hunting...
hank taught me just how to stay alive, you'll never catch out the house without my 9 or .45. i got a big orange tractor and a diesel truck and my idea of heavens chasin whitetail bucks...

Re: hunting truck
I like to think I go prepared.
These are a couple things i keep in my truck..
Normally a winch that needs some work. Normally good for 1/2 the job.
Every tool that doesn't help my situation.
Chain saw gas without the chain saw (or the other way around)
Dead batteries and dead flashlights are always a good thing I normally forget both completly.
And a shovel that I can leave in a snow bank on the mountian.
On lauras cat this year I had to tear my truck apart to find a gun since I forgot the rifle...no worries though i was pretty happy when i found a pistol i had forgotten about...too bad it was empty.
Good thing it only took 20 minutes to find two loose rounds of ammo that was compatible with the one I found.
Go prepared that's my motto..
One thing I never forget is the dogs that will screw up a good track.
