Genouis, if that bear was human his name would be Arnold Swarchenegger!! He has the neck of a mulie in the rut! If I was a dog I definately wouldn't try him out without three of my buddies either!! Ha

Yeah he was a nice one. Moose snuck out of there and had him treed before the other dogs got there, 2 others got there just after it jumped out and Moose got a bunch of bear roast in his mouth and then he treed it again couple hundred yards away

Caught 3 bears today, turned loose on 3 and had 3 tree to walk to. All 6 dogs made every tree and ran as a pack, couldn't ask for more. Had a great day by myself:

Many you are stackin them up, good job. there was a post on here last year i think about how those Washington bears are so mean they don't tree. It looks like you proving them wrong.

Thanks, dogs caught number 13 yesterday. Pissed rain all day and got a small break in it and got a good strike. Good bayup which didn't last long and dogs got er up the tree
Re: BuckSnot Kennels fat, ugly, and slow dogs
Is moose still the best dog in the pack? do you think any of the younger dogs have what it takes to be the top dog by the end of the season? just curious how fast they can improve when they get to catch as many bears as you do.

Re: BuckSnot Kennels fat, ugly, and slow dogs
The plott male I got, Savage, is as good, will probably be better and he's only a year old. They can all catch their own but they all do pretty good. Had several split trees last year. I have no idea of how they are compared to other peoples, Im sure other people have better dogs. They just do good for me and Im happy with what I have I suppose
