We caught two more yesterday, I even let my take his first bear nice 250 ish bear. He had a really nice coat and a big pumpkin head on him. Not a bad one for a first bear. I need to get me a camera, so i can take picts too.

Thats Tater, he is half Cameron and Half Lipper/Nailor walker. He's a pretty big dog, maybe 65-70lbs but still has pretty decent speed to him. He looks like he about to die in that pic because he just got a tube removed from his neck a couple days before, his salvitory gland was clogged and had to get the stuff out of it and he was out for awhile and out of shape! Caught a couple more the other day. Dogs were about about 10-12 days with a bacterial infection, all of them. That new lightfoot dog I got decided she wanted to hunt right at the end of the second race, she must of saw the bear because she went down into the bayup with the other dogs and got slapped right in the nose, quit it for a second but got back in there a bit. Had more respect for that little mean bugger after that I guess. We will see if she makes a dog. Also Tater came from Wyoming, not sure where but I got him and a Cameron female from a shelter in Idaho but they both came from the same place in Wyoming.

Yeah he's bigger than I like but as long as he still gots some decent speed then I dont care. Im trying to go with smaller dogs now, around 40-45lbs if I can, just seem to be a little faster (not always) and cost less to feed (maybe not in the short term but in the long run). Would like to see a pic of your dog if you get a chance to compare. Thanks

Dogs caught their 19th of the year, had a split race on the last time and didnt know what was going on at first. Dogs did pretty good, and some other pics from another bear. Didn't have my camcorder or camera for all of them
