might order a new battery for the collar! DOn't know if that is the problem but it could be.

Depends on a few things, have you recently updated it? How old is it?

You can always turn it on and run it dead and then try charging it. The other option will be to unplug the battery and let it sit for a minute then plug back in and charge. I have not had to replace any batteries in mine yet and they are all over 3 years old.

Take the collar off the unit. You'll find four screws hidden under the collar. Remove the screws then pull the housing apart. You'll find some wires inside with connectors. Take those apart for twenty minutes. Hook it back up and your ready to go. This will reset the battery. Just performed this two days ago and it's working great again. Hope this helps.

Any time! Had it happen to me a couple times. That's the only reason I knew how to fix it. Glad to be able to help you.
