i live in Alaska and want to hunt black bear with dogs, but can't find a breeder or forum up here.

let me know what dogs you guys use for teh cold...i love walkers, but, it would be a long winter for them, even in heated houses...

also, please send me any contacts, forums, etc that you have...

Did you find some dogs? I've been running Washburn/Finley River walkers in Alaska since 1995 and have a litter ready to go now.
