2 hogs with the dogs, Pics and video clip

We killed these two hogs on saturday morning with a hunter from europe (Baviaria??).

This was the first hog. It weighed just under 200lbs. We cought him in the first 15 minutes With the dogs. Theres a small video clip of this hunt at the bottom of this post.


We cought this guy on a marathon race with the dogs after our morning break. The dogs finally stopped this dog in a brushy draw long enough for us to approach. The hunter had to basically climb the tree in the background in the picture below and shoo down into it. Took 3 shots with a 44mag.

He weighed a hair over 300lbs. His tusks were all basically broken off except for one upper. Even they were broke off the stubs comming out were some of the thickest tusks I have seen in years.








Heres a little video (poor quality) of the first hog. Its basically the last 100yds of the race once the dogs have the hog cought.
