Hey Coolerman. I live in Southern VT and have a 2 yr old Timberchopper female. We have been hunting her on bear for about 1 1/2 seasons now and she is doing great. She is loud, fast, and sticks it out. She has started to strike and trees every breath most times. Last week on a hot night she stuck it out on a small bear when the other dogs dropped out, and treed alone after a 3 hour run. She is out oc TC Kobie and TC moonlight kate. I would not hesitate to buy another. She has matured a little slower than our plott of the same age but she is getting better every run. As of now she has been under about 30 bears. She is still a litlle shy on a bay on the ground but she is sticking more and more on that every time also. I hope this helps.
