no tracking

Post by chris1v »

A friend of mine has the 220 and dc30`s. everything was working fine before update.. He decided to update his 220 and collars.. When he finished with the updates he left the units on for about an hour. Since then for some reason he had to change all his collars numbers.. He can only track from # 1 to # 9 nothing from 10 to 49. Did he do something wrong? or is there something else?.. The batteries are all good. The update was tried a few times to see if that worked. batteries in collars were disconected. What else?

Try resetting the collars, and 220.. That is the only thing I could think of.

What about 0? If you have a dog on 1 that eliminates 11, 21, 31, 42 ect....from being available. same with the rest of the numbers. That's why it can only track 10 collars even with all of the different ID's.

You might try deleting the collars off of the Astro 220 and then adding them back on. I know this is a lot of trouble cause you have to rename all your dogs again. Maybe try one collar and see if it will add it back on to the Astro with a different ID number. If it works then you could do the rest of the collars. Just a thought.
