broken garmin screen

So i put the garmin up on the dash when I was driving and it fell of and smacked a coffee cup. Now the plastic screen window is spider web cracked. I bought the unit used but I think it is less than two years old. Does it have any kind of warranty and if so would it cover me being a dumb ass? If not how much is the fix and how long does it take. Bear season starts August 16 and I don't want to be without the unit. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Send it in to Garmin it's 150 charge to repair it.

suggestion....pay the usps to track you garmin. i sent one off and garmin denied it was delivered. i ended up sicking the usps on garmin. they are finally going to send mine out. this was the first of july and as of today....no garmin....good luck!
