I talked to RezDog today and got the ball rolling. The only holdup will be if he is not willing to come hunt his dogs where i live after I hunt on his side. Its only a 5hr drive so I would think that wont be a problem. This board is looked at daily by you know who so I wont be playing this out on here.

Sounds like you catch about as many bears as you figure I catch lions! Haven't talked to Catch to see if he's been gettin those 1/4 everything dogs in shape! My only 3 legged half deaf dog was out to stud for the last month and they free fed him the whole time, looked like a 55 gallon drum when I picked him up, but ill bring him anyway and an 11 month old outta him too, still not very fair for you. Ill meet Catch in SLC long as it fits into my schedule, got a new job makin tigers blood at the Charlie Sheen school of winning so I'm pretty booked up.

P.S. Good luck at that family reunion! I'm sure you'll try n get somethin rounded up and drug home!

that is funny, I have always enjoyed his sense of humor. funniest part is that I met larry face to face one time. if catch really has some top notch bear dogs then he has nothing to prove to me or to you so he'll probly never make it down, but if he did it would definately be interesting. sounds like he's not to far from ferj and he hasn't taken that invitation yet, so why would he come all the way down here. I will not be going to hunt with you to prove anything. You are right, I have nothing to prove. The only reason i wanted to go hunting with you is to make some money! You were willing to bet I could not catch a bear where you hunt. Now, what is the amount or have you changed your mind? I read you hunt around panguitch. How is Calvin Poll and the school teacher that has Plotts doing. I miss talking to those old gezzers.

Well seems like it's not going to happen!! I have swapped messages with catch prior to all of this in regaurds to the plotts he hunts and was interested in them and still am. If all goes accordingly i will be meeting up with him this fall and will see them in action first hand. Then i will let you all know how it pans out. I will most likely get a pair of pups. I plain and simple don't have any real bear dogs, I have dogs that will strike trail run and tree bear, but i don't have any REAL BEAR DOGS and ill be the first to admit it.. I had one in the making but i unfortunatly had to sale him due to my financial situation. Until then we will have to hold on to our thoughts!! Have a good one. DC

I can't wait for this fall and get back to California. I want you to get pups and I believe it is going to happen. I don't know for sure, but I do believe the pups are on the way from two females!
