OK i have done the research but for the life of me i can't find out how often you are supposed to give this to a dog.Can anyone tell me?

depends on how bad your worm problem is-- If you have hookworms in the ground and the dogs are on dirt.. about ever 30 days.. if they are on concrete maybe ever 4-6 months.
