Just found the board

I am just outside Houston, TX. Been hunting my whole life and started working dogs at four. Retrievers mainly and then guard dogs. Got some pointers and then found out I could catch hogs with dogs. I have a yellow cur dog, a catahoula, and a half American Bull half Dogo. Got a couple English pointers but getting away from birds because I can hunt hogs year round. I also have an eight month Catahoula, an eight month Dogo, and a six month Dogo.

I hunt every chance I get and work when I have to. I have a son that is not into hunting and a now seven year old that started chasing hogs when he was six. The eight month old Catahoula is his. He named her lightning and the name seems to fit. I really fell in love with the Dogos after hunting with them a few times. But prefer to hunt with a dog or two with a better nose then the Dogos so the pigs don't get far.

I prefer to catch the hogs alive. Tie em up, drag em out, and throw em in a trailer.After hunting all night I want to go to sleep not clean pigs. Unless I catch a monster I don't take pictures. I have not caught a monster I could take credit for yet but drug a few out for letting my dogs run with other guys. Ok I have yipped enough
