Hi there,
I am from Montana. I was able to go on my first mountain lion hunt with some wonderful guys a few years back. I have a lion on my wall that I am super proud of and probably one of the best hunts in my life. My kids were amazed to see mom's pictures and stories of the trip. I now own one of the dogs that treed my lion and hopefully will get to see her run again. I like to read the posts on here to learn more about the sport and as I know some of the fellow posters and love to see their pictures and stories. It is an amazing thing to watch these dogs work and the people that work them. Owning 1 myself now, she is one of the most loving and tough dogs that I know! Looking forward to seeing more pics and meeting more people!

I will, thank you. It is wonderful to own the dog that you watched help tree your lion. She is a great family dog as well. I don't know that I could ever run dogs, but I sure love hearing the stories here from everyone that does! It is really just amazing! She is a red bone, I am assuming that you own dogs as well?

Re: Hello there from Montana
Here is a question for the fellow hound owners. I want to get my hound a collar for when we are out. We learned how well she follows her nose on a camping trip this year. I would personally like to get the gps collar. What kind is best and cost wise? Thank you so much! Plus, I would be able to like to take her up in the mountains with us!
