Collar Tree switches
What is our sourse for legalizing tree switch collars here in California? I just brought a Maxima and collars across the state line, and want to be legal!

You can use them on bird dogs, but not on hounds at all. They have been fighting to change the laws but nothing yet.

Is it possible to get an intelo collar worked on to illiminate the tree switch? If so, where can I get it done?

O.K. so I took the back-track for a ways, but finally found my quarry. 
Tracker (the factory) will Californize my collars, making me legal. Said they could do it to the Intelo collars.
Economics forced me to see if I could altar the collars myself. Wasn't that hard!!
