wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

had a collar lock up. almost like if you lost tracking but instead of a question mark coming up it showed the dog treed. went to him but he wasn't there. thought he'd lost the collar but other guys got to the rest of the dogs and he was still with the pack. i have a 320 using dc 30's. anyone else had or heard of this problem? or know anywau to correct it. its happened once and on another collar the dog showed treed for an hour then popped up 3 miles from where he was treed like it had just updated. the 320 showed good reception and the collars showed good signal

I have seen this problem several times with our group but we never really found a fix with it. The rest of us were tracking the collar correctly and one person would be showing it just sitting in one place. I think the last time it happened they turned their 220 off and back on and it picked the collar up again. But that same 220 was tracking 9 other collars just fine so ????
