need help starting a pup

I live in bakersfield ca. I have a bluetick pup I want to start on bear. Is anyone willing to let me and my pup run bear with them. He is still young only 4 months old. So if anyone is willing to let us run with you that would be great. I'm new to hunting with hounds so I would appreciate any help. Thanks
