Re: What do you do for work
I've just recently decided to change my line of work. Last week my daughter had a couple of younguns. While my wife and I were visiting the kids and their kids, a man walks into the room, introduces himself to my daughter, then says "I'm a lactation consultant, how are your breasts?" Well, I look at my wife, look around the room to see what possibly might go wrong, then announce that I have decided to change my carreer! So, as of this past Sunday, I am a lactation consultant!! Woo Hoo!

Re: What do you do for work
Benny, I don't want to know what that entales!
That is disturbing to think of and a career that I would think Hagerman would apply for.
On a different note I hope you are doing well.
I am waiting to hear back about the job with G&F I put in for. I haven't been hunting at all in the last few weeks as you know I don't have a vehicle right now, but should have one in the next week! YAY!! I will most likely be re-locating to the western part of the state in the next month. The G&F job is over there and got to go where the work is. I am excited, but the only downfall is I will have to change the way I hunt due to wolf conflicts.
By the way Onza didn't get Bella when she was in heat. Thank God cause last thing I need is a bunch of high strung pups now that I will be moving
On a different note I hope you are doing well.

Benny,
Having spent a lot of time in the NICU at Presbyterian Hospital in Alb when one of my sons was in there for 3 months, I can tell you that unless you really enjoy being around crying teenage mothers and crying babys, you might want to rethink that career change.
As regards the topic of this thread, I am a rancher.

Bill,
That's exacly where I heard about the job!
My twin grandkids are there right now.
As for the teenager auditions, since I'm startin to get a little long in the tooth, I was thinking of hitting on some "older" perspective clients.

Posse,
I'm already trying to get ahold of Benny G and offering to accept the ones that he considers too long in the tooth, too hairy or just plain unacceptable.
As a kid, my brother and I had a couple of milk cows that we milked every day before and after school so I think that I have already had a bit of "on the jpb training".
Plus I have had to milk a few mares trying to keep a colt or two going.
I am a certified cow and mare milker...Milked a few goats too but I was kinda afraid of admitting that on this forum. Never milked a sheep or a pig to my best recollection.
Good luck on your job and move.

Oiler coach Bum Phillips when asked why he takes his wife on all the road trips.
Phillips: “Because she is too damn ugly to kiss good-bye.”
Not sure if it's true, just funnier than hell. A been there done that moment.
