11/9/2011 Bear

Post by lsorenso »

Well, me and one of my buddies decided to go out yesterday and see if there was still anything moving, and to my surprise we ended up cutting a bear track. As cold as it has been I figured most of them would have packed it in by now. Cg had four of his dogs, and I only had 2, one was my old dog and the other was just a year old pup. We dumped on it and ran it for a few hours and ended up with a bear in a tree. Turned out to be a real good day.

They are a mix of about everything, really not alot of bluetick. We cross our good stuff to our good stuff and thats what we get. That blue pup in the pics has littermates that are saddleback, black and tan, and walker lookin. It's funny how the different colors come out in a litter.

Now where are the pictures of the mangled up truck parts or stuck pictures? I know this story has more to it than finding a track and catching a bear. I know you boys.

Way cool Landon.
I talked with an old timer the other day and he said he has cut more bear tracks this last little while than lion or bobs. Might be plenty of feed still around?

Awesome job congrats.
