radio killing astro

Post by super white hunter »

I keep seeing that you need to be carefull with radios around the astro system, is this just CBs or what all will hurt them, A garmin rhino with 2 way, or even just a 2 way walkie. What about VHF like we use at the firehouse.
Have spent lotts of money to keep all my stuff don't want to ruin it.

Thanks

you should be fine with cb and marine band. Just be careful with anything that has a high output wattage in the frequency range of 150-160.
