Check out this stuff: HSUS has now aligned itself with the AKC, the ASPCA, the AVMA, and worst of all the U.S. Department of Homeland Security! Pretty ironic considering Wayne Pacelle, president for life of the HSUS hire one John "J.P." Goodwin in 1997. He is a self-described spokesman for the ALF, or Animal Liberation Front, a group classified by the FBI as domestic terrorists. In 1997 he was arrested at the University of California Davis, one of America's leading veterinary research institutions, celebrating the ten year anniversary of an arson fire claimed by the ALF that did $5 million in damages. In 1998 he described himself publicly as a " former member of ALF".
I don't know if Goodwin is still on the HSUS payroll and I don't care. And don't believe for one second that some of the millions of dollars the HSUS scams out of little old ladies who think they are helping homeless animal doesn't find its' way to groups like the ALF. I know Congress has started looking into HSUS's fundraising and lobbying practices as they very well should. Check out www.humanewatch.org for more on this current issue. Remember: The HSUS hates you, what you do, how you do it, and what you stand for. Their ultimate goal is to destroy our way of life. Are you going to stand by and let some damn liberal fur hugger trample the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and a tradition of hound hunting that goes back through America's grand history all the way to George Washington and our founding fathers. Not me. I have already made myself a target for the HSUS in California and I am fine with that. While they are watching me, they ain't watching you. They do monitor these forums. I know this for a fact! The only thing the HSUS has to fear from me is the truth.
