crazy cascade blueticks?

hey everyone i purchased a bluetick pup from steve back in late august its 3 months later now and still no papers for my pup. wondering if anyone else has had a problem getting the papers from steve? i have contacted him since then and he just assures me i will get them but so far havent seen them.

he said he didnt have them yet he was waiting on them from ukc. he called me today and told me what was going on so we will see if i get them
