Don't miss the Nov 18th and 19th hunt. If you're sure your attending shoot me a pm. Our Last hunt in December will be UKC format 2 hr hunt then the top 2 high scoring dogs from Friday and Saturday night will go out for 1 hr. after all dogs are done with there Saturday night hunt to compete for the WA St. Champion. The winner will be able to take the 3ft tall trophy home for the year and bring it back the following year in which we will have a plaque made for you with your name and the year you won. We will post pictures once the trophy is made by a custom trophy shop, super nice and anyone would be proud to have in the home for a year.

Tough conditions on Friday night with the wind at 20+ and blowing snow made it hard on the dogs and harder on us.
Saturday night we got two cast winners and the weather was good.

Hope you can make it to our Washington State Championship on the 16th and 17th of December. Winner will receive a real nice trophy to take home for the year...hope everyone comes out and supports the club. We will not have another hunt till mid March and then will be done till next Oct.

Ken, thanks for posting this trophy...It's 3 feet tall and would make a great conversation piece for the year that this years winner will have at there home and then defend next year. You must be a member of the Pomeroy Houndsmen Club to compete for this trophy but can join the day of the event so no worries.
Good luck and get those hounds tuned up as were expecting a great turnout to finish 2011. See you there Dec. 16 and 17th 2011 in Pomeroy, WA.

Had a good nite last nite at our hunt. Had some new faces and dog. We had three cast winners Dee Powell with ol Blitz, Bob Norris with Anny, and Joseph Melson and i cant rember his dogs name. Thanks to Jim Magill Ken Streeter and Dave from Lapine Or for hunting with us. Thanks to Dave for Driving 7.5 hrs to our hunt. Hope to see all the same guys tonite and have the same sucsess.
