Irish Car Bomb recipe

Despite American tradtions the Irish do not drink green beer on St. Paddy's day. A pint of Guinness is more like it. Here is the tradional recipe for a REAL Irish drink. Mind you it is only for those over the age of 21.

3/4 pint Guinness stout
1/2 shot Bailey's Irish cream
1/2 shot Jameson Irish whiskey

Add the Bailey's and Jameson to a shot glass, layering the Bailey's on the bottom. Pour the Guinness into a pint glass or beer mug 3/4 of the way full and let settle. Drop the shot glass into the Guinness and chug. If you don't drink it fast enough it will curdle and increasingly taste worse.

I've drank a LOT of those. Called them KDR bombs in college. Damn good way to start off an evening.

No doug I do not drink, but when I am there I am pulled into a pub or two. :lol:

My man is IRISH not a bloody Brit!!!! I take that as a HUGE insult...... That is like me saying that Ike is your best friend :lol:

Irish fellahs are not British?Who knew,you learn something everyday. :wink:

And as for Ike,arn't we all brothers and SISTERS in the eyes of the lord?
