MI or MO cat hunters

I have a male Plott I would like to try on cats. He is an OK coon dog but I think he is like his mom might be a better cat dog would like to go see I live in IN. Just wanted to see if he is as good at it as his mom. I don't have anything near as cool to hunt as you guys but door would be open for a hunt in IN or can let you see my Jagdterriers in action on what ever you want run.
