any one know that much about kurtcul kangal?

I know that this has been talked about before, not sure if this dog was mentioned? wish ther was a dog that could stay with the hounds, and stand up to a wolf if needed. sounds like this dog could not keep up on a long race. other than that, sounds like one hell of a dog. this wolf thing sucks. keep cutting tracks, and never get to see one to shoot, a dead one would make me feel better for a second. sucks having to worry about the dogs when wolves are around.

i had one right when i got in to hounding. it was around 160lbs at 2. a real tough dog. and good dog. we had to have 2 shock collars on it. and that didnt even bug him. i never tried to hunt h cuz he was our farm dog. but he would stretch a coyote pretty quick. but from my view there good dogs, and if started yound would probaly do alright out hunting. i wouldnt expect much for treeing or anything, but if ya got him to go they would would easly stretch a wolf or 2
