Only charges half way

Dc-30 charges and the light goes out but on the 220 it shows only half charged on the collar info page , Changed battery , left unplugged for half hour ,Tried different charger , Looked at different 220 's . What else could it be ? Any help would be great ,Thanks

might be a bad battery i had one doing the samething changed the battery works fine now

Make sure everything is updated properly.

Thanks , I left it unplugged from the battery for a couple of hours and it now works .

I am having the same problem with a collar of mine...charge it up and it shows its dam near dead...can a guy change the battery in one them himself or do I need to send it in?

If you can operate a screwdriver you can change it yourself.
