Rusty noses
Hi I'm Marty. My Dad passed away a few months ago. He left me with the honor and privilege of carrying on his legacy. His dogs hunt bobcat! Well they used too. For the past few years Dad wasn't able to hunt them very often, and since he passed I've only been able to hunt a few times. I don't know how long it's been since they have opened on a cat but I haven't seen it happen in at least a year. I have recently started working I north central okla. Around great salt plains. I have seen three different cats. On my way to and from work in the past few weeks. So I am planning to bring the dogs out here for a try. My dad really loved the thrill of the chase maybe more than catching one. He liked catching them too but rarely killed a cat. He would knock then out of the tree and run them some more!! What a blast that was. Well if I can shake the rust out of their noses we will do it just like he did! Thanks dad I'll do my best.
