Utah Spring Bear Hunting

I would like to get some information about hound bear hunting in the spring.
I don't need an outfitter as I have hunted with hounds for the past 45 years.
Just need info as where to go, license, etc.

Not sure what they are doing for sure this year, the new proclamation isn’t out yet.

Utah Nonresident fees
Hunting license $65
Combination license $80
Bear pursuit permit $135
