Can't get collar to update.

having a problem updating one of my collars. have updated it before and just updated my other collar but this one wont update this time. Astro says it is ready to communicate with pc and to begin software upgrade but webupdater cant find it, just says no devices found. any ideas?

you have probably already tried this but id delete the collar out of your 220 then re-add it by touching it to the 220. make sure you are tracking the collar and then retry the update
