There are several Fox Hunters in North Florida and South GA.

Central Florida has some good Fox/Yote Packs.

Most Florida Deer Runners ru Fox when Deer are off limits!

Do not lt his handle fool you...Alabamacathunter has a darn nice Pack of Cat/Fox Hounds. They produce game, a hunt with him will be enjoyable and educational!

D D, thanks for the info. I was all about the field trailing scene years ago, and enjoyed it for the most part. The fellowship was outstanding, to be surrounded by so many people that the same thing you do. I loved the competitiveness to breed and raise well rounded high performance hounds. I too was also my dads dog-boy with bulldogs for a long time. I spent countless hours studying bloodlines and breeding to get the highest output of above avg. pups in a litter and what you where looking for in a dog. Long story alittle shorter, lol -field trailing in large numbers of hounds inside and outside ( just to me and just my opinion) you had to be good, have good hounds, have a lot of money and have some luck to stay competitive day in and day out. I like to stay up close on personal with what I feed, and started seeing things I didn't enjoy. A fair amount of hunters ( mostly inside the wire) couldn't pick out any of their hounds running, not a glue. All Would have to charge to a crossing to see who was there. I didn't, i would know what mine were doing coming and going. And it's all about putting up points on the board and getting your name called.(which is nice) but I was starting to see my hounds starting to pick up things that I didn't like in a hound. Which is unavoidable when hunting with that large of number of hounds and having to keep so much game on hand to handle the pressure day in and day out..... So after all the years and all my travels, I been full circle and I'm back to what I love with my hounds. I love to here the strain in a hounds voice running what he loves, what ever it is.
