i just picked this truck up its got a tottal of 8 in of lift 6in is suspension and 2 is body. its got 35x12.5. im thinking about taking the body lift off andputting 33x10.5s on what do you think. also what kinda box should i build im open to all types thanks.

you need to go and flex it out in 4wd and make sure the drive lines are the right length and not going to fall out on you. I would also drop to 33's if that has any kind of independent in the front and check that out real good. If it's a straight axle it would be better. The 2in body lift doesn't hurt the truck much, It is the 3 in body lifts that i stay away from as you need to put a lot more extensions on everything steering, gas tank filler hose, radiator and more usually. Nice truck by the way though. Try making a half box if you only have a few dogs. The extra bed space is nice for a lot of junk needed while hunting.

Id agree with everything outlaw13 especially with going down a tire size. Does it have the 4.3l v6?

yeah it has the 4.3 v6. and i did that and the drivelines are good thanks for the tip
