Count me in. I don't even have any hounds right now but I would be in. I am a trapper and anything that helps protect our right to harvest fur I am all for protecting.

The meeting is set up march 17 at the nephi fair grounds John Shivik the dwr mammels coordinator will be there I have 4 other dwr officials to contact I will keep you posted. more details to come let me know if theres only one person interested thanks kk.

Don't we need a statewide organization dedicated directly to hounds? Ideally we could keep the local clubs and have one voice for all of them being represented. Have club membership only and no individual memberships? That way it wouldn't get bogged down in the petty stuff.

It dont matter if your a outfitter or a hobbiest when it comes to hound hunting in utah I think we all have the same agenda we all want to protect what we have.
Lets come together at a meeting put our personal feelings aside and focus on the future of the sport.

I'll be there! The Utah Houndsmen Assn. banquet is in the evening after the meeting. Might as well stay and visit and fill your stomache.
