New from Wisconsin
Hi everyone. I am from northeastern Wisconsin. I have been running hounds for 5 years now. I only coyote hunt with my dogs. I have 6 hounds total most of them are running walker/July. I hunt mostly around home and around the cabin up north. I will run on bare ground or snow. Their is nothing better than a good race. Hope to talk to you all soon. Good hunting

I live just west of New London. When I hunt around home I hunt just east of Clintonville. I have a cabin just south of Conover. When I hunt up north I hunt just south of Alvin.

Re: New from Wisconsin
Houndsmen718 you run coyotes year round? I live just south of bear creek and I have a 10 month coyote hound who didnt get much hunting in this year because of the lack of snow. Would be interested in running with you.

Re: hankster
Yes I run year round but from mid April to the first weekend in July their is a leash law so you can't run. After the first weekend in July I will start to run at night. I will run at night to mid September just before bowhunting. Then start running again after gun deer season. From mid April to July and from mid September to December I will take pups to a coyote pen to run. If you like to run sometime call me 920-428-1876. Who do you run with in Bear Creek?

Poor year this winter with the bad snow conditions. We wound up with 23, usually have around 50. Seems like no matter how many we kill there is always more the following year. I just got my first hound a year ago so not real experienced but have been coyote hunting with a group of guys about 5 or 6 years. Where is the coyote pen you go to?

The pen I go to is in Elderon. Just south of Wittenburg. It is 80 acres. Let me know if you would like the phone number. It is $5.00 per dog $20.00 minimum and you get a half a day.

That pen is sweet. U can leave ur dog there he ll train it for a week for $50. And hes really smart i d recommend for a young dog. Hankster would agree hes been there before.
