how do i change the update from 5 seconds to 30 seconds, my collars are all on 5 seconds now. thank you

From the map

Press menu twice, goto advanced, settings

Dog list, press the collar you want to modify, press menu, change comm settings.

Keep the same number for the radio freq, and change your update rate after that.
