I never did consider myself very lucky - just have no quit and alot of patience. I'm very interested in hearing about the traits you gents liked and disliked in a Sugar Creek. However, one common dislike I keep hearing is that towards the end they were ALLIGATORS. I have 3 nine month old males out of the 3/4 Sugar Creek female and my best Cameron male. So far I am VERY impressed. Please tell me more about your likes and dislikes of the Sugar Creek strain so I can know wether they measure up or not as they finish out ... Thanks.

P.S. Del did tell me once that there was little Sugar Creek in the Camerons. I'm with Mike though, I can't find it. It may be in the Clearwater blood that he used so heavy early on. I'll have to ask him.

I got to know Dell a little bit after getting a pup from him, used to call him till he told me he was having a hard time hearing anyone on the phone.

I was at his place a couple times and he stopped thru here once.
I've never try pics on this site but maybe it will work.
This was about eleven years ago at his house outside of Stevensville

My Cameron female has been a great hound for me, she's my best cold trailer. She's on her last years but started and made the tree on three this year.
