really out of tuned dogs

Postby 13henning » Fri Jul 13, 2012 3:46 pm

earlier i posted on here that i bought an older dog that kept slick treeing on me. i knew that this dog had been hunted quite a bit so i kept hunting her. most people kept telling me that she wasn't worth keeping. but i didnt listen. after showing her a few coon and hunting her more. now she does it all on her own and couldnt do better. the only thing that i could think of she sat on the chain for a few years and was pretty rusty. just wanted to hear your guys thoughts and if you ever had a rusty dog like this before.

Yep I have seen dogs like that. I have seen dogs that need to be hunted all the time to be good.
