Welcome! :)

Ah, Kellogg Idaho-- home of Dave Smith Motors, where I *almost* bought my latest truck!

Used to do quite a bit of hunting in Idaho when I was a kid... not sure exactly where (but thinking it must have been in the SE part since we're from CA) but do remember it being beautiful country! And ALWAYS saw herds of elk. If SB 1221 does pass, looks like I'll be back up there hunting again.

Hi, I just moved to Idaho and have a couple of bluetick pups that I want to start training, but I don't know the area very well. So I'm looking to meet people that hunt and see if I can find someone that might be willing to show me around a little bit or maybe we could run our dogs together. If you might be interested or know someone that might you could send me a message back.....I'm in Twin Falls.

Thanks,
Joe

You are lucky to live there. I come up there and bear hunt 1-2 times a year. My daughter always makes me stay in the Silver Mtn Hotel so she can play in the water park before we go home. Nice smalltown life, got the walmart there in Pinehurst and CDA is not too far away. If i could find a job up there, I would move in a heartbeat.

Keep those traps going, especially for those wolves. They are the biggest danger to our hounds and ability to hunt.
