Redbone Trucking

Just curious:
A member of the National Redbone Coonhound Association saw a big truck that had a redbone hound logo and the name "Redbone Trucking, Salt Lake City, UT" on it on a highway near Chicago. A quick Google search turned up this minimal Website:

Redbone Trucking, Inc. was founded by Al Jones in 2005. After coming into the business as a driver and teacher, Al knew he had found his passion and wanted to get more involved in the transportation industry. Do any of you know Al Jones or his dogs? Is he a big game hunter?

I live in Salt Lake City and see these trucks and think that's what i would name my company. I'm curious to know more about this. I also have redbones.
