DC 30 will not charge

I have two DC 30 collars that are about a year old and will not charge any help will be appreciated.

Does the charger light up and then switch off as if they have but when you use them their flat still? I keep getting that happen and the only way I can fix it is re setting by unplugging the battery

Yes that is what it is doing except the light is not going off like it is charged. I just did the hard reset by disconnecting for the battery i hope it works. I left it unplugged for about fifteen minutes thanks fior the reply.
