Good luck to everyone huntin AZ in the open units startin tomorrow! Hope to see some of you around somewhere in 1 or 3B. Take care and be safe, feel free to call if ya need any help finding dogs or what not.

Good luck to everyone still out in Arizona hunting!! We had a pretty good three days of hunting!

We caught two and killed one of them. The first one was a little boar that we let go and the second one was about 150 or so pounds. Let a buddy kill it for his first bear and to put one on the ground for our dogs. All in all was a great weekend!! For some reason I can't get pics to load up on here!

even the utah boys made a showing out there this year. if you can call it that..... :( I think arizona bears must smell different :wink: the only bear trees we did make it to there were 3 other houndsman laying claim to them :agmnt we met some very cool houndsmen with some amazing bear dogs. never seen such a great road set up for hunting. definately fat old guy friendly. beutiful country for sure! the weather was perfect as well. our season is over till the 25th, time to put some fat back on the poor dogs.
"Houndn'Ems Blueticks" if it smells like a cat, they'll catch it.

i just got back from arizona, we tore it up and now the dogs are done until the weekend, im trying to figure out how to get my videos onto my pc

The dog in the middle is a 12 month old dog. He is a natural.

way to go guys nice pictures, hopefully someday NY will open a kill season with hounds as of now theres just a training season but thats still fun.
