What age should I start puppies off on following drag lines?

Hay guys I have been getting really good feedback on my new pups but I was curious when I should start do drag lines for my pups? Any feed back would be great. Thanks

Just try one out and see if they follow it, start it really short and get longer, it may help if the first one you drag it allowing them to chase it then toss it over a branch let them get really interested in it hanging their in the tree. This may not be the traditional way of doing it but that's what I did and they started hammering drags then coons now bears so hope that helps. End on a good note though, if their real young they might get bored after too many drags in one day...

the sooner the better. I use a treat with the drag at first drag them togeter. then after a while just use the drag and leave bits of treat on the trail. over time take the treats away and give them lots of praise

Thank you guys for the replies I really appreciate it. But I have another question web I do my first drag line should u have them follow me while I drag it so they get use to the scents or not?
