Treed my first cat

I found a track and walked them about 50yd yesterday and they took to it like a old dog and treed it in 8 mins from jumping it , I was proud of my dogs and I thought I'd share and thanks everyone for the info about how to train a dog to track a cat and how to help a dog trail it , thanks again .

Well I don't really run a certain type , I have a timber chopper redbone and a bill hicks plott and a walker that's out of rat attack family all three was on it . All are about 1 year old but my red bone he is 2 but is probably my best dog just all around smart and well mannered and will run a bear to its caught and I hunt in western nc , Macon /Jackson/swain county areas . Thanks again
