Hunt
Nothing to fancy, the dogs did great. Cut the track around 11 am, I figured the track 30 minutes old to an hour(just a guess). Snow had stopped around 7 am that morning. The dogs went out 200 yrds and jumped it, took it about another 150 yrds and treed. Race was 15 minutes or so long.

Thomas nice job, nice tree dogs. That snowmobile has to be as cold as hunting from a four wheeler which I did alot of. Al

Good to see 1 up Thomas. Thanks for going through the trouble with the vid. You must be fairly confident in your dogs to take the time to make a video during the race. For me making a video and posting it on here would be alot more work than treeing a cat. But like I have said before, I not the brightest fellow. John.

Thanks guys.
Al,
With the proper gear I actually am pretty warm, its when I stop I get cold. Its a very physical ride, you have to lean and move side to side alot to keep it balanced. Gore tex is your friend!
John,
I am not sure why you say confident, when I turn the dogs out. All I would be doing anyways is looking at a gps and listening to the race, might as well record some too! Conditions were good, the track had no outings of a circle I had done around it( 1 mile square or so rather)

Sorry Thomas, I am a dry ground guy. I have learned to expect the unexpected. Good video. John.

I hear ya... I might be skeptical sometimes as well when conditions stink and you can't isolate the track to a small area.

Thanks so much for sharing.
These videos truly give folks a taste of what a Hunt in your location is like!
Your hard work is appreciated.

Ya, nice job and thanks for the video. Sounds like they move a track pretty good. What are your dogs out of?

Ty is out of Cobalts stuff, his old Rock dog and Nora cooks Bounce dog. Ruby and Rose are littermates, heavy cameron blood. Dad was straight from Del, the mom was half to 3/4 cameron with some smokey river thrown in.
