Need Advice on Breeders

Post by milome »

I have been on a few hound hunts over the years but would like to own a good bocat hound dog to add more outdoor recreation to our long Maine winters. I am looking for advice on good, reputable breeders who have focused their breeding/hunting efforts on bobcat hounds (and have done so succuessfully for many years). I have friends who can help me out with the training process but their focus has always been birds, rabbits, bear etc. so there are no solid breeder referals. I have made mistakes in the past on purchasing pets for the family so i would like to get it right this time! Thanks for your help.

Friend,

Look up "Spruce Mountain" and/or "Second Nature" here on BGH and PM them. They can direct you to some one to Help! They are the REAL DEAL not "Want to Be's"

Good Luck

If you aren't afraid of shipping a pup, "twist" on here sells bobcat pups time to time. I imagine they should do just as good in snow in Maine.

Nelson Cole from Maine at one time had a good breed going.
