What about art submissions for kids and they win a free bumper sticker. Cheap, gets kids involved and is lots of fun for them.

For adults how about a two week long or week long Bingo game where you only give out 1 or 2 numbers per day? Riddles, who ever gets it right wins. No scratch that, I suck at riddles. What about Maybe you could get some type of Java game or spin the wheel kind of a thing. You lose you get a joke or maybe a free spin. You win you get a prize.
