That is more of a reality than you might think!
there is a fellow near here that has Greyhounds and also a USDA licensed Kennel-- someone has flew a helicopter looking drone over his farm in 2 different occasions..
He thinks it is the USDA inspectors because in less than 24 hours the inspector showed up to give the inspection!
